October 30, 2006 and 2 years later...
October 30 was Elle's Gotcha Day and again my mom was in town for the yearly cousin reunion. So on our second Gotcha Day celebration we went to the children's farmstead with Gram, just like last year. It's becoming a tradition! This time Elle was much braver with the animals and even bottle fed the baby goats. It was hard work strong arming the goats so they didn't knock her down.
Later we met Dada for dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant. Elle LOVES chips and gauacamole! Then we headed over to Whole Foods for coconut milk ice cream - yum!
We also added a charm to Elle's charm bracelet - a puzzle piece, as puzzles have been a 'passion' of hers this year. It was a great family day and extra special spending it with Gram again.

Wow! Can't believe it's been two years already! And yet, it seems like it's been the three of you for a lot longer than that. :) What a fun way to celebrate. Coconut milk ice cream sounds yummy... is that something special in your area?
Glad to see an update! :)

Great photos! We just had our 2nd family day yesterday. Elle looks like she had a lot of fun at the farm. Love all her hair also! Thanks for posting!
Yea! Love new pictures. :) Can't wait to hug my niecey-niece next week!
Kate,
I can't believe how much Elle has changed. I can't wait to see her next week. I'll call, but I'll probably just drop Allison by...no need for you to get Elle out ad it's not like you live in Timbuckto like some of her other friends. :)
Do more blogs.
